The multi-talented… triple threat… Vince Paul, has excelled as an actor, author and agent. Residing in Charlotte, NC since 1989, Vince has also worked in New York and Chicago. He has been recognized as one of the leading commercial and print models in the Southeastern region, appearing in over two hundred ads and commercials for national companies such as; Nike, Bally Total Fitness, Ford Motor Company, Wachovia, The Weather Channel and Time Warner just to name a few. In May of 2000, Vince was recognized in Pride Magazine’s, “Who Are Charlotte’s Influential Black Men” issue and also featured in Who’s Who Publishing, in the 2010 and 2011 Charlotte edition

Vince has dominated the theater circuit, with his leading roles and riveting performances in several National Gospel Productions, over the past decade. His performances in “A Good Man Is Hard To Find’, “Lord Can You Help My Child” and Lord Why Do I keep Choosing The Wrong Man” has received honorable mentions from critic reviews across the country. His career achievements have also been exhibited through his appearances on Law and Order, Whoopie Goldberg’s Eddie, Having Our Say ,CBS Pictures, as well as a stuntman for Sydney Poitier in The Last Brick Maker, on CBS.

Vince’s reputation as a successful actor and motivational speaker, has presented speaking engagements with several Universities and Organizations throughout the country. His pursuit for equity and empowerment for models and actors of all races, was developed in the Spring of 1998, when he launched Talent Link Inc., based in Charlotte, NC. Talent Link emerged as a Christian based talent agency, that represents both “the artist” and “the industry.” Specializing in training and casting ethnic talent in the film, television, print, voice over and theater industries, Talent Link is now recognized as the largest ethnic owned talent agency in the Southeast region. With a 90% placement rate, Vince’s hard work and determination garners an impressive booking of over 7000 aspiring actors and models, representing all ages and races.

Vince’s track record as a Commercial & Film agent is just as impressive to say the least, his company Talent Link is responsible for placing talent in several national commercials, which include: Visa, Ford Motor Company, NASCAR, Coca Cola, Bank of America, KFC, Sears, Subway, UPS, Gillette, Bassett Furniture, Nike, Time Warner, Amtrak, Volvo and Exxon Mobile. His placements for television series and feature films include: Dawson’s Creek, One Tree Hill, Why Did I Get Married Too, Shallow Hal, Juwanna Mann, Black Knight, Having Our Say, The Inspiration Television Network, The Patriot, Shake Rattle and Roll, The Last Brickmaker, Meet The Browns, For Colored Girls, Why Did I Get Married Too, Remember The Titans and Drum Line. He also orchestrated principle and extra casting for clients such as Giancarlo Esposito Feature Film “Gospel Hill” ABC Pictures (Gillette Celebrity Race ) Toyota’s race team, “New York Times” best selling author, Omar Tyree’s feature film “Move The Crowd” and his #1 “Flyy Girl” music video, Terry Alexander’s independent feature “The System Within”, and several projects for upcoming Indie film makers.

Vince continues to educate aspiring artist in the entertainment industry. In April of 2001 he self-published the #1 industry handbook The Talent Guide and in 2006 , The Talent Guide was produced on DVD. As a result of his industry training seminars and the training curriculum in the Talent Guide, Vince has helped thousands of upcoming artists turn their dream into a profitable reality. His experience and knowledge of the industry, assures a more equal playing field for all aspiring models, actors and artists.
