What is AgencyPro?

AgencyPro is the company that we are currently using to maintain our Talent database. It allows us to submit Talent from our database quickly and effectively to our clients (Producers, Directors, Production Companies, and Advertising Agencies). We decided to partner with Agency Pro after an exhaustive search for the best tools and technology to match Talent (you!), quickly and effectively with our clients. The end result of this collaboration is more work, more often, for everyone.

How Much Does Agency Pro Cost?

We’ve worked out a special arrangement with Agency Pro to offer you a Discount off their normal Portfolio Service fee(s).

With Talent Link, Inc., your costs are as follows:

$9.95/monthly 1 year minimum with a one-time $49 Setup Fee. Bills automatically every month. Must be purchased with Credit/Debit card only.

OR
$120/yearly Bills your credit/debit card yearly. Payments by check or money order must be made for the yearly rate.

Remember! This is a tax deduction as part of your Industry expenses.

Do I have to pay to be submitted for work?

No, we can submit your name and a small thumbnail of you, but clients will not be able to view your full portfolio with photos, resume, a/v, etc. Being active will give you more opportunities, and is a wonderful marketing tool, but we will still submit you for work weather you activate or not. However, clients will not be able to see you if they are searching the database themselves.

Why should I activate my AgencyPro Account?

Your agent/manager/casting director has asked you to activate your portfolio because they know that Agency Pro is the best tool in the business to market you. By activating your portfolio on Agency Pro, you are giving them the tools they need to get your photos and resume to their clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In today’s computer driven world, it is much more useful for you to have a portfolio with Agency Pro than to spend money on photo reproductions and comp cards that will sit in filing cabinets. Don’t be fooled by other online services – Agency Pro is used by thousands of industry professionals every day, and is the only company affiliated directly with your company! Agency Pro has thousands of registered photographers, casting directors, production companies and advertising agencies who book talent directly from within Agency Pro.

I have my own website. Do I still need to Activate my Agency Pro Portfolio?

Yes! Even if you have a personal website already, it is NOT connected with Agency Pro and clients will not see you in the database. What good is having a website if you don’t have top clients seeing it? Simply stated, when clients need talent, they go to agents, managers and casting directors for the most direct and professional service possible. Agency Pro succeeds in delivering your updated portfolio to clients so they can book you directly and know immediately that you are a proven talent with legitimate representation.

What happens if my account expires?
If your account expires, your portfolio will become NOT-Active. Your website will go down, you will not be searchable by clients, and your full portfolio will not be able to be submitted to clients.

Is Agency Pro Secure?

Yes! Only you and your agent/casting company can see your personal information. It’s important that you keep your contact information up to date since Agency Pro is used as a contact management system as well. Agency Pro will not release your data to any 3rd parties.

What happens if I Don’t Pay Agency Pro?

If you choose NOT to activate your portfolio, your information will remain in the database for ONLY your agent, manager or casting director to see. You will still be able to update your resume, photos and contact information, but you will be greatly limiting your opportunities to be seen and booked for work.

Your agent/manager/casting director will ONLY be able to see you by accessing the NOT Active files
You will NOT be searchable or viewable to their clients, casting directors, producers and more.
You will NOT have a public website address with your agent/manager/casting director or AgencyProtalent.com
You will NOT be permitted to upload audio or video files
Your agent/manager/casting director will NOT be able to submit your full portfolio to their clients
